[Noel stood in the middle of a vast forest. The trees were majestic and their leaves covered the sky. Sunlight seeped through the branches in the middle of the day.

Is this the distant future? Or did he arrive in the past?

Either way, arriving in Luceti wasn't part of his travel plans. For a moment he felt something unnatural attached to his back. When he turned around he saw a pair of teal colored wings, but there was something more concerning to him. Sometime when he was unconscious someone changed his pants.

These are not comfortable by any means and he wondered where he could find more decent clothing.

Not that he could bring himself to complain about it. That never accomplished anything.

There was something peculiar that caught Noel's interest. One of the orchard trees near by happened to be bearing fruit. Where Noel was from, he never had the opportunity to stare at gardens or watch them grow. This was nothing short of a miracle to him. He gazed upon the trees in excitement and started collecting fruit. Noel created a pile of freshly picked fruits and placed them on the ground. Unfortunately, an apple turned on the journal and the video feed started recording.

At first the feed had poor focus, but you could definitely see the forest. Residents of Luceti who are already familiar with the area might be able to recognize the area. This post is mostly pointless and this silly new feather doesn't know what he's doing yet.

Approach him? Or just yell at him through the journals. That works too.]

I've been told by others already.

It's still incredible. Food growing everywhere! This is great.

You'll have enough food for weeks.

Where I'm from there were many hard times. If you weren't up by dawn you might not be able to eat for that day.

That didn't mean things were all bad though.

Regardless, that most likely things still could have been better.

That's why I set out on a journey.

To make things better.

Indeed, the Malnosso do have the terribly unfortunate habit of pulling one away at the most inopportune times.

That doesn't necessarily mean that you can't learn anything by being here.
